• Please note that the lead you refer to us, should not have directly or indirectly (i.e. through any other channel partner / broker, member, etc) contacted us before.
• The prevailing rate for the new units will be applicable.
• The referral bonus will be paid only after receiving 100% payment from the client of the said unit and/or after
  registration/conveyance(whichever is later)
• The reward will be calculated on Flat & Car Parking only (Note: Plc, Edc, extra service / product cost if offered, or any other type of taxes will not form part of the flat value in caculating remuneration.)
• The Referral Bonus is not applicable for Broker / Real Estate Agents, Employees or for bookings via Brokers / Real Estate Agents.
• All communications should be kept on email to avoid any confusion.
• A form should be filed by each referral at www.purtirealty.com/purti-family-privileges/ (before visiting the project) OR the same can be collected from our Head Office.
• If you have any problem call us 033 7164 5858 OR mail us on info@purtirealty.com, with the details of the referred friend, after which our customer care executive will get back to you with registered CRM ID.
