Shrey Agarwal
A second-generation leader who was very quickly able to come into his being as a leader, Shrey Agarwal graduated from Manchester University, UK.
In the few years that he came to the helm of everything, Shrey has led the firm towards pushing global standards, and innovation at a higher level. He has also successfully attracted international talents for Purti, designers, and architects alongside whom we synergize to build great sustainable spaces for all those we can reach. Shrey Agarwal has continuously led the firm towards newer avenues such as the group’s entry into luxury real estate with Meraki Samsara. This project has formally introduced the concept of having a home away from home in Kolkata.
One who is always on the go at work and does not shy away from various co-curriculars that interest him, Shrey is also an avid reader and golf player. An active member of CREDAI Youth and well-connected amongst his peers, Shrey is poised to lead Purti Realty alongside the team and bring something new to the city’s skyline every year.
Ankit Agarwal

Ankit Agarwal is an energetic next-generation leader at Purti Realty, known for his strong design instincts, innovative thinking, and strategic drive to position the company at the forefront of a more sophisticated, technology-enabled real estate era. He holds an MSc in Innovation & Entrepreneurship from the University of Warwick, UK, where he developed a global perspective on business transformation and emerging consumer needs.
At Purti Realty, Ankit plays a pivotal role in modernizing internal systems, operations, streamlining workflows, deploying performance-enhancing strategies, and integrating advanced technologies. Ankit has driven organization-wide transformation through tech-enabled processes, including digital booking systems, virtual site tours, and real-time project update platforms that enhance customer transparency and experience. Under his leadership, new developments now incorporate practical smart-home features, enhanced security systems, and sustainable construction practices, ranging from energy-efficient materials to structured waste-management protocols. Also, his refined design sensibilities have influenced marquee developments, notably the finishing of Purti Hastings and Purti Iris, where he collaborated with leading national and international architects to elevate interior and aesthetic standards. Beyond design, Overall, his focus has been on making Purti Realty more transparent, efficient, and aligned with contemporary real-estate standards.
Ankit began his career spearheading Dukaan by Purti, a retail concept that swiftly captured Kolkata’s attention with its modern and differentiated approach. The initiative highlighted his entrepreneurial foresight and reinforced his belief in accountability, dependability, and execution excellence – values he continues to champion across the organization.
Driven by a passion for innovation and informed by global branding perspectives, Ankit is committed to advancing Purti Realty as an emerging national force in India’s real estate landscape.
Devansh Agarwal
Devansh Agarwal is an energetic and innovative member of the core team at Purti Realty, playing a key role in the firm’s financial strategy and the expansion of its commercial real estate portfolio. He graduated from The Scindia School in Gwalior, completed his Economics (Hons.) degree at St. Xavier’s College in Kolkata, and afterwards obtained a Master’s in Marketing Management from Esade Business School in Spain.
Devansh offers the organization analytical precision and contemporary business perspectives, backed by a solid foundation in economics and international marketing. He takes an active part in financial planning, asset assessment, and discovering new business opportunities for the group. Focused, disciplined, and globally conscious, Devansh embodies the new generation guiding Purti Realty towards strategic growth and sustainable value generation.
